Greetings, my fellow caffeine connoisseurs!
My name is Arabica Lemurista (my friends call me Al and you’re here so you’re my friend) and I’m your friendly next-door bean barista. Well, I’m not literally next door to you. Figuratively speaking, if you will. I think it goes without saying that I love coffee – my parents gave me a great first name to reflect that; plus a heck of a comedic personality, wouldn’t you say?
While I may be quite the hoot, I’m all business when it comes to giving great reviews on coffee and upholding the integrity of the Senate Americano – the integrity of finding the freshest and rich flavored beans on the market. I tend to be partial to arabica beans – gee, I wonder why? – however, that doesn’t mean I’m unwilling to stray away from familiar territory.
As the Senate Majority Lemur, I will work each and every day (except at night as I need my beauty sleep) to share my thoughts on various coffee brands; both the good and bad. While I have a bias to arabica beans, I’m willing to go the extra mile and expand the taste buds of my pallet. Let’s face it, if I don’t, I don’t see any other Lemurs willing to make the same sacrifice.
When I’m not making legislative decisions in the Senate Americano or crafting up my freshly brewed reviews, I can be found out in the wild, doing my best to blend in with my surroundings. I prefer to keep a low profile and that can be a challenge considering I tend to be hyped up on caffeine a good majority of the time. I guess that’s why they call me the Senate Majority Lemur!
If there’s anything I can do to best represent my fellow constituents, I invite you to contact me directly and I would be happy to answer your questions. Please ignore any coffee stains that may come along with an enclosed reply.
Sincerely,

The Happy Brewin’ Crumpet Chewin’, Arabica Lemurista
Senate Majority Lemur
