Here in the Congress of Crumpets, we’re always interested in trying new tea, coffee, and crumpets. However, we’re aware that there are only four representatives so the reviews that are written may not cover a brand that deserves attention. There are so many options out there for us to choose from and for our fellow constituents to enjoy. We want to make sure our reviews are serving our constituents to the highest degree possible.
With that being said, we’re aware that there may be brands out there who wish for us to try their delicate delights and if that is so, we invite you to sponsor a bill in the Congress of Crumpets.
How does that work you say? Well, it’s easy.
- First, we’ll need to know what are you interested in promoting? Is this a tea, coffee, or crumpet?
- We ask that you send a sample for our Committee of Crumpeteers to try before that sponsored bill can be approved as official legislation.
- Please let us know the length of time you wish to lobby your product to our constituents.
- Please provide a coupon code that we may share with our registered constitutents.
Upon receipt of the requested materials, the Committee of Crumpeteers will review the enclosed proposal, discuss their thoughts on the sponsored bill, and vote on whether to proceed forward by submitting your proposal to the Senate Americano or House of Tea-Reps to sign-off on. Either the Senate Majority Lemur or the Speaker for the House of Tea-Reps will have the final say on the Sponsored Bill.
If the enclosed proposal is for a crumpet sponsorship, the approval of the Sponsored Bill will be handled by the Committee of Crumpeteers.
If the Sponsored Bill is approved, it will become official legislation in the Congress of Crumpets. What does that entail? Again, I’m glad you asked.
- Your Sponsored Bill will always be introduced and made available via our Sponsored Bill page upon initial request.
- Upon approval, your Sponsored Bill will receive an accompanied review by the appropriate chamber in the Congress of Crumpets.
- Your product will be featured in our bi-weekly official newsletter, The Crumpet Chronicles, to registered constituents for the agreed upon duration.
- A downloadable copy (PDF) of the legislation (approved Sponsored Bill) will be accessible under the Legislation page. This new legislation will be permanently available as a governing document of the Congress of Crumpets annotated with its year of approval (i.e. “Lemon Tea Consumption Act, 2021” – not official legislation; example only).
Please note that the Committee of Crumpeteers reserves the right to provide a fully transparent review to our constituents. We do not allow input on the opinions we share as the opinions must be entirely our own whether positive or negative.
